They changed the format so who knows? Who even pays attention really?

I am admittedly VERY precious about this song. REM were (still are) my favourite band ever, having heard Michael Stipe sing it live, I've not yet heard an acceptable cover version.

well, to be honest, I didn't think Anne Marie went with any of the 'alien' acts she chose in the auditions for the semi finals anyway.

It really does seem to have been squashed into a few weeks. But I think they may have another series quite soon.

The early series definitely went on a few months.

Literally one contestant has had any kind of notable career in all the years it's been on, and she was on it when it was still on the BBC!

I’ve been out all afternoon and back at 8pm at a lunch/early dinner at pub with booze. Hopefully the food soaked up the alcohol.
