We started to follow Our Girl back in 2014 and although there will be no further series, we do revisit from time to time. We have watched all seven series of Soldier Soldier to keep up our military terminology and have galloped through the three series of of The Musketeers. There was a definite connection between Our Girl and The Musketeers in the delightful form of Luke Pasqualino. We are currently part way through series 7 of Spooks, having recently witnessed the demise of Adam Carter. He has been replaced by Lucas North.

Malcolm would be great at fixing anything in your house, wouldn't he? I bet he'd have no problem sorting your mobile phone, DVD player or whatever!

Well, part of me thinks we haven't seen anything from series 3 for a long time and it might be interesting to see a different episode than usual. BUT it is Christmas time and that usually means happy endings are required and as series 3 will always have a shadow over it for reasons that I will not need to explain, I will plump for the old faithful of Series 2 episode 2 - yep the boys will be back in town or at least back in Kenya next Wednesday?

Yeah! What a great Christmas treat!! That's better than a rubbish present I received tonight which I had to open and which makes me think the person does not know me at all and we have known each other for 45 years!

OK next Wednesday it is for episode 2 of series 2. Must confess I cringe at the thought of series 3 for the reason you avoid mentioning and also for the fact that for me CJ in it was not the CJ we knew from series 1 and even series 2,

Okay - that means I’ll watch 3:3 on my own sometime. It does have that nice wee chat between CJ and Elvis that we had as a thread photo a while back. But love the boys and the gorilla grab too.

No reason why we can't do random OG watchalongs any other time as a treat to ourselves eejit.
