We started to follow Our Girl back in 2014 and although there will be no further series, we do revisit from time to time. We have watched all seven series of Soldier Soldier to keep up our military terminology and have galloped through the three series of of The Musketeers. There was a definite connection between Our Girl and The Musketeers in the delightful form of Luke Pasqualino. We are currently part way through series 7 of Spooks, having recently witnessed the demise of Adam Carter. He has been replaced by Lucas North.

Just as a complete aside here, in case there are any Downton Abbey fans amongst us, there are very strong rumours in the press that a new series is currently being filmed.

Thinking the Grid is short-staffed. Malcolm and Adam have been replaced, but not Ben or Connie and they never replaced Colin.

Also, can anyone remember all of Ros’s line about Tariq - scruffy …. minimum wage written all over him?

I suppose M15 use "natural wastage" as so many companies do. Of course, in the case of MI5, natural wastage means most of them die or get given new IDs to live outside of the UK!

That's interesting. I loved Downton Abbey. I did go a few years ago to Highclere Castle where Downton was filmed. What a total rip off it was. The room guides were keen to say it was a "family home" and not a film set but about 99% of the visitors were there purely because of Downton, especially our American friends from across the pond.
