We started to follow Our Girl back in 2014 and although there will be no further series, we do revisit from time to time. We have watched all seven series of Soldier Soldier to keep up our military terminology and have galloped through the three series of of The Musketeers. There was a definite connection between Our Girl and The Musketeers in the delightful form of Luke Pasqualino. We are currently part way through series 7 of Spooks, having recently witnessed the demise of Adam Carter. He has been replaced by Lucas North.

OK ladies, I do apologise and hope I'll be up and running next week. I have been googling new laptops so now I am flooded out with adverts. I think a trip to PC World is on the cards tomorrow.

Well, it looks like we won't need to wait too long to find out what happens next. Series 8 starts next week.

Quite. Powerful series end. Goodness knows what we will have at the start of the next one. Quite an eventful watchalong with all the various technical hitches. Keeps us on our toes.

Yes, I feel bamboozled! I want a laptop as opposed to a tablet because I like a proper keyboard and I hope the techie guys at PC World will make it all clear for me and not try to blind me with science!

I have bought a new laptop but can't collect it until next Monday or Tuesday. Really an expense I could do without at this time of the year..... well any time of the year I suppose.

I'll be watching tonight and can hopefully post pretty much as usual but if I seem to go quiet, the laptop has needed rebooting! I can type on my phone but it's a more laborious task!
