Assuming the leaderboard goes

Bobby
Annabel
then the following plausible public vote orders put Bobby and Annabel in the DO
E/A/L/B
E/A/B/L
A/E/L/B
whereas this more-or-less plausible vote order puts Bobby and Layton in the DO
A/E/B/L (one of those interesting situations where it might be in Bobby's interests to get fewer votes because he might beat Annabel in the DO but can't beat Layton).
If Bobby screws up and finishes below Annabel then a Layton Bobby DO becomes more likely.
