Penile inversion vaginoplasty produces no lubrication, with the exception of small glands in the urethra. These glands in the urethra, which secrete pre-ejaculate, are left intact in trans women. It's highly variable how much is secreted.
If the individual has sigmoid colon vaginoplasty, part of the colon is used to line the inside of the vaginal canal. The amount of mucus secreted, and the frequency, varies but most of these TW will wear 1-3 panty liners per day.
If the individual had peritoneal pull-through vaginoplasty, part of the peritoneal is used for the lining. This produces a small amount of watery yellow-tinged lubricant that is constant. Again, the TW will require 1-3 panty liners daily.
It all sounds pretty yuk. Basically, any bloke who goes down on a TW is getting pre-cum, colon secretion or watery yellow secretion 🤢
