I looked up their profiles on LinkedIn. There is nothing impressive. Mel had a psychology degree, worked in HR jobs and talent management till 2019. Then after she dound her husband through eharmony became datig strategist. She has never been a relationship therapist.

Charlene had studied BA in German and then various office or council jobs. In 2018 finished a counselling course.

Paul has done MBA and then started a matchmaking company.

I am surprised such people with no solid professional background in relationship psychology are hired as experts. No wonder their comments are so shallow.
