I don't particularly like Georges but he does have the patience of a saint with Peggy. I also get why he isn't embarrassed about the video. Yes, it's cringeworthy but he did it and he's owning it. He finds it quite funny and he knows that he is the (literal) butt of the joke and he's okay with it. Or maybe that is his level of humour and he needs to grow up a tiny bit but there's no harm in it, he looks like a twat, he probably is a twat and that's all there is to that silly, childish video.

Yes. I caught Covid (again) at a wedding this summer and a month afterwards i was still suffering the lingering effects to the extent that I was having to sleep in the afternoon after a short walk around the neighborhood.

I thought the MAFS Hysteria interview with Adrian from last year was really enlightening.

Some points that stood out to me:

The producers do try to make them do and say things to spark drama, but if you have a scrap of integrity, you just say no.

'The edit' is really not much of an excuse.
It turns out it really is in Australia, because they are not bound by the same laws regarding misrepresentation - so they can edit a comment from an entirely different week into a later episode to form a narrative. They can't do that in the UK.

He says Roz is incredibly lively, wild, hilarious and fun to be around, but we haven't really seen that. We're getting glimpses now, but because we hardly see the couples when they aren't at a dinner party, we don't see their real personalities at all. Even the tasks are edited right down unless they're having a barney.

We don't need a couples retreat right now. More group drama is entirely unnecessary. We aren't getting to see any of them just being couples and going on dates or hanging around the apartment. We have no idea what they're like together at all.

Has anyone thought about what Paul's very strict, conservative mother is going to make of Tasha's behaviour? Her opinion seemed to carry enormous weight with him at the beginning, so I can't see it lasting once Mummy sees what she's really like and starts putting up roadblocks.

I feel a bit thick for being so malleable by producers but see now where Tasha may be coming from- obv she handled it badly and needs a LOT more self control but Erica was awful to Jordan and lied about him outright to manipulate the other women. Jordan gave clear examples of her behaviour eg humour which Erica lied about. I think tasha is capable of being very rough and aggressive but Erica is a definite wind up merchant and not particularly honest about her roles. Tasha doesn't want to be outshone plus she went on and on with it but I'm not sure it was all her.

Paul's clothes looked fine! What I would expect a lad that age to be wearing. Tasha doesn't go round in formal suits or dresses so I'm not sure why she expected him to after the wedding. I have chucked am ex's clothes out before with permission but tbf they had holes in. As did his undies.

Georges seems completely drained by Peggy. Not sure what she really brings him except earache.

Georges wont say anything after everyone went off at him re Porscha but I'm sure Jay would not be amused by Luke's talk about feeling free to see other women !and go to strippers. Why is he even considering that in a new relationship? Sleazy. Jay deserves better.

I think Arthur seems either checked out or to have post viral fatigue. Unusual otherwise that such a fit bloke would be on the floor after a quick bash on the cross trainer. He's right about laura. Someone down to earth would be a better fit rather than this my fair lady position Laura has put them both in. Maybe something in it when he said he would kiss Tasha out of the others.

Roz and Thomas are fine now but she has made her point re the sex and physical stuff and needs to drop it. Any more would be too much pushing.

I have absolutely zero interest in Ella and JJ. None at all. Would much prefer they weren't there. Despite Ella's faults, I don't think a vulnerable trans women desparate for male validation needs chasing by someone obsessed by fake lips 'n' tits on TV. JJ hasn't said one thing about her except the physical stuff. They might form a beautiful relationship but I don't think that is ideal. What is a surgeon's assistant? A is she a theatre nurse?
