Have just discovered and binge watched season 1. Fantastic.

(I had big housework plans today!)

Nicole Kidman's story was chilling. She was fantastic.

I'm probably several years too late to find anyone to discuss it with!

It is fantastic. I recently watched it for the third time! Love the song in the opening credits too

I love this, I'm going to watch it again once I've finished the crown for the fifth time! Have you watched little fires everywhere on prime? Has a similar feel.

It's great, although it found the second season disappointing compared to the first.

Loved it. Big Alexander Skaasgard fan and thought he was excellent in this. The settings were beautiful as well.

Recently rewatched this with my DD (first time watching for her) loved it! We enjoyed both seasons although the first one is a stronger one. Laura Dern is hilarious in the second one.

This was on my to do list when we did a California road trip a few years ago but annoyingly it was closed due to high winds!

Season 2 wasn't quite as good but had some absolutely cracking one-liners. I need a rewatch to remember what they are though.

Yes enjoyed it also and the singer is U.K singer Michael Kiwanuka. His voice is so smooth and just gorgeous. After I watched this show could not stop listening to his music.

Yes it’s brilliant! I watched it a few years ago and had to buy it on DVD as I couldn’t find it streaming anywhere. I sold the DVD after on Facebook so if anyone wants to watch it and still has a DVD player you might be able to find one.

Yes, I watched it twice and it’s still one of my favourite ever shows. If you want something similar I really recommend The Affair (also watched twice).

DahliaJ I am so envious, where did you see him play, saw him play live on tv a few times and recorded it and could not stop listening to it. Such a smooth voice and sings amazing live and how he can control his voice. He has such a cool vibe to his look also.

Nooo The Affair is terrible. It starts off ok, but then becomes unwatchable. Big Little Lies is brilliant throughout.

I just started series one on Friday, and am halfway through series 2.
I'm hoping they kill Meryl Streep 😆

It was solidly enjoyable, if a bit trashy.
The second season takes place after the novel and it shows; it's much, much ropier. Still, nice houses/beaches etc.

I loved it. Second season wasn't as good but still enjoyed it. Trying Little Fires Everywhere now.
