Was it just me or did anyone else think that orthopaedic doctor/mum was one of the worst actresses they have had for a long time? Totally blank face and flat tone to her voice - and blaming the head for not noticing her son was ill!

I've had four close relatives die from brain tumours, and all had changes in personality ,and hallucinated, the first thing any of their doctors did was check for physical causes, this is the second "some one is telling me to attack people" story line, all wrapped up as mental health, and sent home.

I mean I know these bloody scripts are written by work experience year 6's/Duke of Edinburgh award bods, but there must be a grown up somewhere possible with some medical experience.

I will of course watch it tomorrow.

I wouldn't put it past the writers to think it was ok to put a surgeon in a GP surgery! Especially an annoying one!

I'm sure Heston was previously a surgeon. It's why they let him set upthe minor surgery unit. I can't remember why he stopped though.

(I might of course be getting confused with Doc Martin- who was a surgeon who became a GP- due to a blood phobia).

He left surgery due a heart attack, apparently (Heston, not Doc Martin) .
