Help!
Some years back, I'm guessing about 10, there was a possibly three part program on BBC3 or BBC4. Police officers from different parts of the world came over and looked at UK police to see if they could take anything away to improve things in their part of the world. Uk police were still the good guys so it may have been considerably longer ago!
I remember a female cop from somewhere (I have Samoa in my head but that could easily be wrong) who managed to get permission for females to patrol together where previously a male had always been required after providing evidence of how it works here, and a Colombian cop (fairly high up) who introduced community policing where they go to events with a trailer to improve relations with the public.
Can anyone tell me what it was? Out of date now but I would love to see it again. Sorry to be so vague!
