I don't have any feelings about Haz as a person. If there's a back story, I missed it. So that in itself annoys me. We can't have people landing on the street without any bugger knowing all the ins and outs of their lives, as if it were a real place.

I feel Haz is a background character with too much dialogue. He adds nothing. All his storylines could actually just be done with the dog.

And Sadie might as well be an Alexa, when is she going to be given a proper storyline of her own?

It feels really wrong that Neighbours is on this week. I'm so used to there being a break, I almost resent it.

Do we know what the secret Aster was supposed to be keeping? I think I missed that bit of information

Granny Liz was leaving her home alone to spend time with her new boyfriend. Susan must be due a break if she's going to Sydney to babysit while the newly marrieds are on honeymoon.

Aah thank you, yep I definitely missed that part.
Wasn't it scheduled for both Karl and Susan to have time off. I know Karl has done his stint in London, so it must be Susan's turn now.

I felt the opposite as we had it for a couple of years and it felt like such a big treat and neighbours getting really appreciated, a bit like when U.K. caught up with aus. But then covid came a whipped it away and then we all know what happened next!

It'd been on at Christmas for a while, hadn't it? Before it disappeared for a bit!

We can't forget Jim in a bauble!

Oh another note, I really hope Makenzie doesn't come back. I know she will but she's an absolute pain in the arse. Always a victim. Poor big long baby Makenzie.

I find FreeVee is still very chancy on any given day. I can never sit down to watch it without there being significant odds on it falling to load properly. Five wouldn't have been much better on catch-up, I suppose, especially not on stormy days like today. I think that element has distorted my memory. I could of course elect to give myself a break, but I won't.

Haven’t watched today’s yet but please to hear it sounds like Mackenzie is off. She is so self absorbed, and managed to make Holly’s near death experience all about her. Byron looked fed up with her at least!

It doesn't always finish the episode, seems to morph into Gordon Ramsey

Oh, I often find that if I try to watch more than one episode at a time. It starts off with the recap from the last show, then before the titles come up it'll switch to Gordon or Little House on the Prairie.

Even after leaving Holly to die in the pool, making the man she is not so secretly in love with a very personal gift and behaving like a complete bellend to her own friend, Mackenzie is still the victim who "has to go away for a while". FU Mackenzie!! I cannot stand her and it's nothing to do with the fact she's trans. She's just super annoying

I'd usually say no but this wasn't just a friend. Mac has feelings for him, she didn't make Sadie a scarf.
But hand made items can be acceptable presents for a friend... I think.

Yeah for sure, it’s the fact she only made one for Haz, in his favourite colour. It would’ve been fine if she’s made Sadie one, or one for everyone.

Oh ok. Watched it with dd who was thinking of making something for a friend who is a boy. And she doesn’t him to get the wrong idea!

Why does no one ever get sick of Sadie permanently at the 20 something house rather than at the Rodwells

Never saw Hal rescue Holly or is it Freevee cutting off the end of the episodes for me

I think he saved her at the end of the "previously on neighbours" so if you skip that and the intro then you would have missed it.

I saw the rescue on freevee. He dived in and tried to pull the strap out. Next scene was mack and sadie talking sat on the keen when ambulance arrived
