Ghosts Series 5 - TV pace, no spoilers

What do you want find out in the final series of Ghosts? Sad (sad that is it the last series)

I want to know why Pat always references France/French - I think he used to get the CDs from the Daily Mail on how to teach yourself french and had day-trips to France

If Alison and Mike's baby can see ghosts

Will Alison find out it was Julian who pushed her out of the window?

More Barclay and Bunny - no question, just like them both and want to see them in series 5

When will the next series start - I assume mid-November with final episode at Christmas 😃😭

The bits of Robin alone were so sad. He portrays so much in his facial expressions. I just adore him!@!

I love Robin and the pathos he has. All those years he has witnessed so many changes. It’s given him an interesting philosophy on ‘life’.

Filming all that with Robin and Humphrey must have been interesting given they are the same actor!

I agree. On paper, he is the primitive guy , but he isn't. And his emotional intelligence is strong. Never judge a book etc!

So did I. The Humphrey and Robin story was lovely the rest really was all over the place and they all seemed irritated and angry !

i enjoyed robin and humphrey and only after watching did it click, they were the same actor!

It seems be a bit overly sentimental this series. Maybe understandable as it's the end and maybe they want to wrap everyone's stories up into a happy ending?

I've loved all of them. Tonight's was very good I thought. Loved the line-dancing to 'Achey Breaky Heart' and how they all managed to dance still showing their characters- Captain 'James' just throws himself into dances. 😁

Me ad dh are still watching and have been from the very beginning but feel that the last 2 series at least have been missing something. It used to be laugh out loud funny. I think it's almost as if the joke has worn thin/they've run out of original jokes. It's still cosy watching though.

Julian letching infuriated me.

I didn't get why Fanny was naked and about to jump

But then back into clothes and hair up

Ans what long hair she had 😂

So the captain is a fraud

Also as he was at the gates was that Fanny in the courtyard

Not sure how this will end

If they move house /sell then wil be new ghosts elsewhere

Or will they all go pop and up into heaven

It was a bucket list thing @Blondeshavemorefun . They were talking earlier (with Julian iirc) about things like skinny dipping, bungie jumping etc to tick off the bucket list if it were to be their last day before moving on as per Robins prediction.

Not sure why but the ghosts always zip back into their original form quite quickly if they change something appearance wise.

The dancing was fab, if they don't all move on in the Christmas special the line dancing scene would have made a fabulously bonkers finale.

Because they can't alter their appearance from how they died for more than a few seconds. Just like Thomas and his letter and Kitty with her shoe.

Julian letching was horrific but I guess that is who he is/ was I like that the captains story wasn't as it seemed . I do think we are lacking In silly jokes though .

That’s it.

She wanted to try skinny dipping, but just as she was about to do it, she was back in her clothes. So she didn’t jump in.
