Is the Lydia storyline going to drag on until Christmas? Is Gabby off? Charity and Liam prospects? Belle and Tom more misunderstandings? Mary another disastrous date? Chas is due a romance surely? And finally, fuck off Wendy.

I've never liked Ryan. I vaguely remember him being horrible to dawn, that clouded my view, he's never a source of entertainment or anything of substance, he didn't tell his own mother when he knew mack had cheated and now he's the reason gormless gayle/Gail is on our screens. If they bring that kid along, half Ryan and half gormless girl, I'll switch off. Bloody awful lately. You get one story (sometimes) that makes it a little interesting but even that gets dragged out or rug pulled suddenly. So many loose ends... the van driver. Vanishing Alex. Nickys mother.

I can't understand why Ryan is being horrible to Gayle. Is it because she had the child adopted - which he obviously knew about - because he was adopted himself.
So many bits of stories flung into the air then nothing happens with them -
Charles if off somewhere
Sam is off somewhere
Cain and Caleb are off somewhere
Lydia cries at the end of every episode
Not interested in Chloe/Mack, Ryan/Gayle or most of the rest of it.

It's as though Ryan's entire backstory has been forgotten by yon writers. And, more importantly and annoyingly, this isn't looking good for the histrionic Gabby-and-Gail-twins-separated-at-birth drama that I was hoping for.

I'm not even raising my hopes for Super Soap week as I don't see how they can do anything to improve this crock or poop to make it remotely interesting or watchable.

I'm wondering if they'll get a new producer after your woman leaves or will the other two carry on and we end up with more of the same nonsense. They need someone with fresh ideas and a big clear out of useless annoying characters.

Maybe they're clearing out all of the good ones (Cain, Sam, e.g.) to be out of the village when the asteroid hits everyone else?

In which case, Charles mate your church needs you back quite urgently.

Bernice can go to the Asteroid Avoidance Bunker because I quite like her now. She can take Liam as long as she leaves Bob and Wendy.

Oh great idea @AutumnCrow they could send everyone we like off on a coach trip and have us thinking something terrible is going to happen to them only for the actual "tragedy" to occur to the hated ones who are left behind in the village. Bring on the asteroid ☄️

Not sure what the point of the Charity/Liam thing was. Or why they can't put Liam and Bernice back together. She was mad about him for ages then only rejected him because he was with Leyla. Liam/Bernice are a good pairing.

Hopefully we'll see more of Cathy this week (I quite like her character) and Kim/Lydia/Craig.

I like the asteroid idea 😃 now that our favourites are safe of course. Actually, where are Cain and Caleb? There's been no mention of them.
