Apparently the other thread has some sort of block to it. This is an open thread. All are welcome to discuss the issues. I understand that it will get a bit heated on occasions, it's the nature of this horrific series of events that stretches back centuries.

Not seen or heard of it! The title alone sounds very intriguing though, going to see what I can find out about it 😀

Saw a trailer yesterday. Looks like it will be a hard watch.

It's about the baby and mother homes and the Magdelen Laundries in Ireland.

I find it very scary to watch in places. Genuinely worse than say the film Halloween. Halloween is referenced in the series.

I really thought that the Dublin detective was going to be Lorna's kid for a minute there last night.

I thought that too.

On episode two, genuinely finding it really harrowing to watch. I feel anxious and teary watching the parts where they're separated from their babies. How could the Nuns treat them like that.
