TV series about real life rescues can't remember name

seems to have disappeared from " continue watching" category on Netflix /I player.
Please help, can't do my ironing without it!

Is it Nick Knowles Real Rescues? That used to be on BBC 1 in the mornings.

I was thinking 999.

I still get the music from that stuck in my head from time to time.

I used to love 999. I still remember the episode where the lad got a javelin stuck through his neck. And the girl who's hair was stuck in the swimming pool filter!

I've now had the 999 music stuck all evening. Even listened to an entire video dissecting Carmina Burana and that still hasn't dislodged it. The only saving grace is that it's not the squeaky-recorder version.

Yes I talk about that hair one all the time! I still have the fear when I see young kids going underwater in hot tubs. There was also one where a man had to cut off his own hand which I bring up in conversation every so often as it makes my husband feel queasy

It was the cave diving rescue ones that always freaked me out. Multiple jeopardy of water, enclosed spaces, medical emergency, low oxygen tanks etc. I understand people have hobbies, but no way could I do cave diving. Our Mountain Rescue/ Cave Rescue/RNLI volunteers are amazing.

@JamMakingWannaBe if you want to be truly freaked out read about the Nutty Putty cave accident where the poor blokes body is still trapped upside down and they have closed the cave. Not for the feint hearted!
