That was an odd scene with Eliza telling her grandad all about her period, and him rushing out to buy pads.

Fizz would have rocked up as soon as she heard Cassie was back in the picture. She was a tigress with her girls, supervisor job (yeah, right) would have flown out of the window as she rushed home.

What factory is Fizz supervising at? Is there now a chain of Underworlds?

The factory story line with Fizz isn’t as far fetched as it appears.
Many moons ago when I were a young lass working in a clothing factory in the north east I was asked to go to Canada to help set up a branch over there. (The factory bosses had previous for this, they’d set up a new branch further up the north in the U.K.) Two supervisors four regular machinists and a “special machinist” ( one who could use the more complicated buttonhole, hemming, zip setter and sleeve setter machines and that would have been me ) went to Canada for six months to get it established and train the locals. I never did go to Canada, personal reasons prevented it but it was great to have been asked.

Was it being organised by a man called Stephen? If so you might have had a lucky escape!

I wonder if Mary has anything to say about Evelyn abandoning Tyrone as a baby, isn't that what Mary's mum did when Mary had a baby. For very different reasons.

I think Tyrone said he was going to pay for it. But now she’s moved back in I guess Evelyn will have to pay. I feel sorry for Evelyn, moving out to take Cassie to rehab, coming home then being turfed out, moving back in and then being turfed out again. She slaves away all day for that family and never seems to get a thanks for it.

Cassie did proper rehab with Evelyn but nothing changed. Tyrone is being daft. How long before Hope or Ruby find some pregabalin in her bag and take some?

I hope Fizz never returns. I can’t stand her.

Why is Max so besotted with Sabrina? She’s really annoying. Even more so than Lauren.

It's a pity Evelyn's back story is making her less likeable though - booting out her teenage daughter, then later abandoning daughter's baby. Is Cassie her only child, can't remember?

Stealing your daughter's baby, dumping it outside a police station only for another woman to whisk it away does sound a bit Dickensian.

Tyrone is about 40 so it would have been in the 1980s.

I am guessing the writers are even younger and get it mixed up with Victorian times.

I really don't like Cassie - does that mean that the actress is playing the part well? I also feel so sorry for Evelyn - some acknowledgement of her support from Ty and Fizz should be given. Love the friendship she has with Roy too.

I don't believe Cassie for a second. She is playing the sympathy card and was alarmed when Tyrone threatened to confront Evelyn about the past.

That new storyline with that dreadful whiney kid is one of the most boring ever. I think I might stop watching. And the new Tyrone long lost drug addict mum is just as bad.

I feel bad for being kind of happy that a kid got hit by a car. But it's only telly!
