Slow horses was good!

Just finished Hijack as well, it was a bit silly but v entertaining and Idris Elba is great. My DH started watching Foundation on it as well and said it was good. I haven't yet though. I fancy trying the morning show will report back if good!

If you like musicals you absolutely have to watch
Come From Away, it's brilliant.
Plus Shmigadoon and Shmicago are great fun.

CornishTiger · 03/08/2023 19:45

Bad Sisters is literally mentioned in the OP 😄

YappyCamper · 03/08/2023 19:57

Agree with the PP who said that Apple TV is high quality rather than loads of it. Bad sisters was a bit disappointing but I loved severance and quiet enjoying hijack at the moment. Slow horses was also great. I have pachinko on my to read list before I can watch it

Jasperdale · 03/08/2023 19:58

Bad sisters! So enjoyable with a great cast. Loved it.

YappyCamper · 03/08/2023 19:58

The morning show was also great

Brintons · 03/08/2023 20:00

Slow Horses and Tehran are really good.
Going the against the grain to say I didn't like Ted Lasso

trulyunruly01 · 03/08/2023 20:19

Hijack, of course
My Policeman
Greyhound

ZombieBeryl · 03/08/2023 21:11

For All Mankind is superb.

PoseyFlump · 03/08/2023 21:45

Somebody Somewhere.

The first episode was strange but I couldn't stop watching and then you began to care about the characters. By the end you realise it's really quite lovely... and funny!

crapactually · 03/08/2023 21:53

Yes, forgot about Tehran. Really good.

HarryBlaster · 03/08/2023 21:56

Black Bird was brilliant.

whirlyhead · 03/08/2023 21:59

worth having for severance, slow houses and the morning show (which I have just discovered and is fantastic. Who knew Jennifer aniston could act??)

mainbrochus · 03/08/2023 22:00

Foundation - creepy sci fi. Really good

Jaijai38 · 03/08/2023 22:01

Try Swagger - we are on season 2 and really enjoying

CosyFanTucci · 03/08/2023 22:04

Severance is insanely good. Especially the Music Dance Experience.
Slow Horses and Ted Lasso also worth it.

Willow12345 · 03/08/2023 22:05

Hijack was awful. I also struggled with Bad Sisters, but maybe I should persevere?

GamGam · 03/08/2023 22:11
