Mitch is angry he's in the bottom 3 and is blaming Ella B. Because it can't possibly down to the way he's behaved, can it?

Mitch narc rationalising why it’s possible to bottom 3. As a narc it is not possible he is as fault so the only explanation can be it’s Ella and there’s probably 1 or 2 small things that have happened or been said, and in his mind he’s pieced them together to come to that conclusion. This is how they think.

My STBXH who REFUSES to accept a divorce but has locked me and DD out the house and been arrested and convicted of domestic violence reminds me of Mitch.
