Question for you all: Do you think Jabeur will eventually win Wimbledon, or has she missed her chance?

Decades ago Christine Trueman was the big British Star - she kept being told that she would win Wimbledon, but she never did. I am pretty sure she held at least one other GS championship so the ability was there.

I’m not sure Peregrina - I just think she put too much pressure on herself to win it and there were other factors eg she would have been the first Arabic/African woman to win a Grand Slam - I think it all became too much for her

Maybe if she manages to win another Grand Slam (easier said than done) it might take the pressure off her for Wimbledon in the same way that Andy Murray won Wimbledon after winning the US Open

Who knows but hope she’s ok after yesterday
