Also, Caleb is helped by a nurse to and from a brain x-ray to make sure it's all nice and rested now, leaving two visitors in his hospital room. As Caleb returns, he hears an almighty row going on in his room, the two visitors flinging accusations at each other over his tub of grapes.

Caleb listens and smirks. Cue end music.
