It would be occasional design questions in between a whole load of 'I love you, Kev', 'I love you more, Kev', 'No, I love you more' .

Botbot · 20/02/2008 22:00

Yep, I agree. How many more are there left in the series? I want someone to properly take the piss out of next!

DaDaDa · 20/02/2008 22:00

Nice bob [just to redress the balance of Kev worship]

PaulaYatesBiggestFan · 20/02/2008 22:01

grrrrr i hate it when they dont say what it cost

MrsKevinMcCloud · 20/02/2008 22:01

not my kind of place but glad they got what they wanted. Nice genuine people, I love to see the passion they have for their home - made good viewing methinks.

yogabird · 20/02/2008 22:02

'buildings need heroes' - you're my hero Kevin!

Olihan · 20/02/2008 22:02

That is a gorgeous house, though. I'm coveting it quite a lot. Haven't done that for ages on GD.

Sideys are lovely.

Do you think Kev would come if I built a grand shed?

Carmenere · 20/02/2008 22:02

Hmm, yes it was terribly unsatisfying to observe some nice rich people get it mostly right.

polished plaster - deffo having it in my dream kitchen

Carmenere · 20/02/2008 22:03

I loved their house but I still say it may not be there in 30 years, I think a big storm will drag the neighbours house on top of it.

I loved the house although not so keen on some of the pastel colours in the kitchen, stairwell.

It was refreshing to see a modern style house where they hadn't gone for the ultra minimal look.

This house looked more like a family home than some of the others we've seen where everything is white and sparse.

PaulaYatesBiggestFan · 20/02/2008 22:04

the aga

PaulaYatesBiggestFan · 20/02/2008 22:04

i am having that aga in my dream kitchen

MrsKevinMcCloud · 20/02/2008 22:05

yes definitely nice to see some colour and furniture . They really didn;t strike me as the minimalist type though thank goodness.

Kev has 4 DCs - do you think his DW ever peeks at MN??

MrsKevinMcCloud · 20/02/2008 22:06

anyone watching the irritating women on More4's GD trade secrets?
