I’ve just been reminded why I haven’t watched BGT all the way through for years , I mean all the actual TALENTED acts who practised like crazy and who we all enjoyed so much ! The judges praise them to the high heavens and give them so much hope - Liliana , Olivia , Unity, Ghetto Kids, Musa, Cillian , Johns Boys and many more any one of them should have won and could easily make their act into a career, so disappointed for them , does anyone really think the Royal family will enjoy Viggo over them?

Yes great final and a worthy winner. He made us both smile and laugh throughout his act. I’m not at all surprised he won, we’re all sick of dancing, singing and sob stories. Voted for by the great British public, the same public who gave us Boaty McBoatface! 😂

I found him funny and most definitely a variety performance.

Some other acts were also great.

Ok , but there really wasn’t much to his act , it felt like any one could walk in off the street and do it , like he made it up as he went along.

But they haven't.
What we have had is every dancer, death-defying feat and sob story known to man.

Yup and they all worked hard to get as good as they are I think Charles would’ve enjoyed watching Johns Boys , the choir from Wales meself .

I really don't care what Charles wants.
I don't watch bgt but just watched a few of VV's performances after seeing about it in here, and it certainly seems the great British public don't care what Charles wants either. A winner should be picked based on their popularity with the public, and as it was won with votes, and he seemed to make people smile, that's what matters.

The others who did well may well go on to greater things. Not winning bgt doesn't mean their careers are over.

Amusing for 5 minutes but I don't know how sustainable his act will be long term.

Viggo was absolute shite!

Ah I mean he made me smile but I was shocked he won. I thought the Ghetto Kids and Muso would have made top 3. I'm just relieved pants man didn't win!

I think it's encouraging that we're picking rubbish acts for the king. Next stop: republic

Christ then it’s Cher have we not suffered enough, poor William and Kate smiling through this rubbish at least Hannah Waddington does have talent.

Im watching this variety performance, I was surprised at the BGT act, havent watched that for years.
