So Zig and Dean have left, leaving lonely Mack with just Mali to walk in on in the bathroom. Remi loves Bree and Cash loves Eden, Tane married Flic and Leah hasn't dumped Justin yet. Kirby loves Theo and that's about it.

Finally caught up after being behind for ages.

Really not interested in Stevie or the film. I’m kind of baffled why they cast such an ordinary looking, uncharismatic woman for this film star that everyone’s meant to be obsessed and fascinated by. Especially when they then put her right next to Bree, who looks as if she just walked off a catwalk.

Glad that at least ONE member of Lyrik is trying to keep their finances afloat by actually getting a paying job. Has Eden ever done a day’s work in her life? I don’t get how she and Remi are so happy to freeload off Kirby in the way they do, but at least Remi has wealthy parents who we can pretend to believe might be footing his share of the bills. But Eden seems to have no source of income at all and seems entirely unbothered by this!

I’m sorry to be unsympathetic but am COMPLETELY unmoved by Theo’s plight. He’s been a druggie for about half an hour and suddenly we learnt that being lead singer in a band which has played one gig this year, going to college for a course he’s done precisely three assignments for, and working in a garage which is open about three days a month is too much for him? Awwwww diddums. 🙄

I agree. He had about 4 pills or something. I understand that exams can be stressful, but they are an entirely normal thing for people his age, and plenty of others on his apprenticeship are probably also involved in sports or music or stuff, part of having a balanced life, and he's probably in a more supportive environment than most.

It's a bit of The Bodyguard theme I guess - but will pale into comparison to Kevin and Whitney. (be still my beating heart....) Although Cash is doing brooding and assertive quite well. Please, do not let this happen to Eden.

Also he's at Mac's beck and call all the time. he'll ditch Rose when Mac calls because her married man is with his wife and she's upset .

I feel sorry for Rose, she deserves better than Mali.

Yes. I didn't like to say yet.
Bree will agonise over it I suppose. Remi will not do well.
Cash will blame himself. The Director ---- can't figure out what he will do - but she was in a vulnerable spot, out there alone on the beach; Cash should not reproach himself.
I also wonder if something may happen to Tane as a result of the blow to the head and loc. But maybe he and Flick will get back together, as much as is possible with a prison sentence looking likely.
I found Stevie very annoying and somewhat fake, but this is a sad and shocking turn of events.

Now that Levi is leaving St Christopher's and trying to set up a cardio thoracic unit in Northern Districts (thanks for that Bree!), are we going to be stuck with him and Mac doing their poor me routine, we only fell in love?

Is that the first on screen death in the bay since Ari? Not counting Jamie the Ambo guy. That's a long time in soap land.

I think there is less death in H&A in terms of soap-land (although don't watch others - what do I know) generally. And then sometimes what looks like a mass death results in only one and several injuries, and one person on the brink for ages.
I also predict another (but usually when I say these things out loud, they don't come true...).
Remy was close recently, also Justin and Leah - so they do dangle the carrot often.

I'm worried about the repercussions of Tane not turning up in Court, hopefully Flick will notify SOMEONE and he'll be found. Home and Awaty doesn't like incidental loose ends tho so i assume he'll get caught (i only got to T being knocked out). I was hoping "sorry i'm scruffy, i stopped an armed murderer" might go in his favour.

I reckon something will finally happen with Miss Boring, i mean erm yeah, the social worker.

Now that Harper and Tane have slept together, she'll obviously get pregnant as this storyline has to go somewhere. It's the most predictable thing and so unimaginative if it happens.

On the positive side, it would mean her days are numbered as characters don't stay long once they've had a baby. Tori didn't, VJ didn't, Rachel didn't, Sally didn't. The last baby to grow up on the show was VJ, even baby Pippa didn't stay.

I want the lawyer to stay, they're missing a good lawyer since Morag died.

I wonder how Felicity will handle it....
It looks as though there is some regret already though, but Tane seems over the moon. (side question - how can a person be sentenced to 7 years, but not go into prison at all.....?)

Poor Flick, he gave her such a hard time over the lawyer. Now this. Doesn't help that Harper is so wooden. If she had more than one facial expression and tone of voice it wouldn't be so bad.

Agree with Harper's limited range ---- she always looks slightly uncomfortable, and has her shoulders up around her ears. Just seemed a bit more so after the night of passion at the gym, and on the office floor.... She obviously knows she has (they have, I mean) overstepped, in more ways than one.

Felicity bared her soul to the lawyer - and again, blurred professional boundaries on HIS part - but some good has come of it, and now she has to watch the Tane & Harper "thing" happen - as they will no doubt make something, good or bad, public - in Salt, of course. I think she will crack over this, as she is already feeling so guilty, and didn't want her marriage to end.
No wonder Harper wants to be even more tortoise-like. (No sympathy.)

Hasn't considered that Harper could be pregnant and felicity having to deal with that.

I like that home and away are showing Aboriginal culture and customs and Maori culture / customs.
