Not many weeks now until the break for Wimbledon and the Summer holidays. Cliffhanger time!

Fair point from Scarlett that she had to go her training outside of work hours- and Bear gets to do it on Mill time (not that he seems to do much).

Kirsty really has stirred things up - it isn't a proper job, just covering a bit.

Waving to everyone. I had some catching up to do and I haven't recovered from yesterday's episode yet. That felt like a very Valerie storyline. Now we have flirtatious Zara and inattentive Daniel.

The stand-in business manager story is just silly. None of the three except Kirsty would be competent.

The new midwife spends all her time wandering around talking to one patient, giving sage advice and occasional angst ridden glances every so often. Is this really what it would be like working in a busy maternity unit?

my niece is a midwife- and I'm pretty sure she doesn't spend so much time counselling the patients, and wandering the corridors hunting down relatives.

Now Ruhma is back, does that mean Malika is leaving? She is a bit intense, but on a sliding scale, one of the better 'newbies' they have introduced in the last year or so (That's not hard- most of them have been dreadful- I think Luca, Suni and Scarlett are the only ones I can cope with long term ).

This business about the business manager thing is just daft. I mean, Bear must have had holidays since he started? Time off when his mum was in hospital? Who covered then- presumably , unofficially, because it was never mentioned?

And now Zara is skiving from the university. Daniel will smell a rat. Or won't - he's not very observant.

Scarlett is very sulky- either she wants the job or not- but doing stupid pranks with Ollie should not be more important.

Scarlett is not practice manager material - even just for cover. And I like her. But she's too easily distracted.

Putting a bucket over someone's head was their prank? Idiots.

Scarlett can't really complain- doesn't show she's very professional anyway, that she still went of to do daft things with Ollie.

I can kind of understand why Cameron felt the way he did.

I knew he would pick Rosie- Kirsty's answers were all very self centred and not very patient focused.

I am starting to like the Al/Rosie double act.
