I’m not warming to her or Kirsty at all though, and the new midwife has managed the unthinkable - I miss seeing Rhuma in those storylines 😂 Surely if the actress is unavailable due to other work commitments (which appears to be the case according to IMDB) then just don’t do any midwifery stories rather then bring in a new character.
