In an extremely formulaic way it's watchable. You will keep pressing next episode.

I rolled my eyes that there were so many women allegedly so in love with the main character.

Yes it is watchable but not unmissable. I do like Matthew McConaughey though but I suppose I'll be told something awful about him now. I preferred A Time to Kill where he was also a lawyer.

To be fair he is a fitty!

I binged the entire season over 2 days, it's enjoyable stuff.

( enjoyed the books too pkus the film version of one book)

Sorry I was talking about the film, you might have meant the series. I haven't seen the series but Mickey Haller is not as nice as the McConaughey version going by the clip I just watched.
