We all talk about Mistresses then it finishes and we don't comment on the Finale!

What did everyone think? Was soooo unbelievable but I loved it anyway.

Hotel Babylon is back next week in its place - another unbelievable but strangely addictive programme!

The whole series was totally predicable and unbelievable and by all rights I should hate some of the characters but ended up loving them all....sad to say (perhaps I am sad!) that its ended. However, big smile as looking forward to H.B. next week!

Loved it too! All very predictable in the end, but was glad and a bit surprised that Trudy shopped her 'dead' husband. Mind you, her new man was much better looking I thought!!!

Oooh definitely Merlin. Didn't like him at the start as I thought he was a bit shifty but he really grew on me (wish he would grow on me in real life too cackle cackle!!). Seriously though - if you had faked your own death would he or Trudy have to pay back life assurance as I take it this is what she had been living off before receiving her million.

Just watched this on sky+. I was wondering whether the husband (who was a dweeb I thought) had actually committed a crime because presumably he hadn't profited financially from pretending to be dead as all the insurance/compensation went to Trudy (unless it was because she gave the american mistress the cheque, but he couldn't count on her doing that). In fact, you'd reckon the police would want to interview her (Trudy) very thoroughly, wouldn't you?

It was all great though. Will have to console myself with The Palace now it's over.

Thank goodness HB is on. After thoroughly slagging off Mistresses I got completely hooked and need a fix of glamorous trash in its place.

I must admit I loved the first 4 episodes but by the 5th one I was beginning to tire of the characters and by the finale I thought it had totally run out of steam. The finale reminded me of a child's story - the sort where it starts off well and then the teacher says "pens down in 2 minutes" and they rush the ending.

I was also heartily sick to death of the looks on Sarah Parish's face and that Siobhan's too by the last episode.

I also got sick of the lesbian girl and I thought that it would have been far better if Siobhan had gone off with the real father of her baby, but then I am a bit perverse and that wouldn't have gone down too well with the wider audience of normal folk who like a happy ending I'm sure.

Just my thoughts.

I LOVED IT LOVED IT LOVED it.
So di dh.
Even though he thought it was naff. The acting was a bit poor. The storyline got more and more dire,as we approached the last episode. It was so far fetched. And just awful.
But I lvoed it so much and am missing it REALLY badly.

DH couldn't watch it as he ended up shouting at the telly. I keep thinking about the crappy tiara in the fancy schmancy box and thinking 'bet the packaging cost more than the pressie'. That's how obsessed I was

I'll start, Fimbo: Siobhan goes to get a termination but can't go through with it, so tells hubby. He decides to take her back saying he'll love the baby because it's part of her (I liked that line).

I can't remember all the names but I will try.... here goes..

Siobhan refused to have a termination and she eventually got back together with her husband.

The Dr lied in court about helping her "lover" to die. She did admit to having an affair with him and was suspended for 12 months.

"Blondie" shopped her "dead" husband to the police and walked off hand in hand with her new man.

The "lesbian" ended it with her married female lover and I can't remember what else happened with her.
