Try Inspector Ricciardi. Watched the first episode last night and really enjoyed it. Ricciardi is also easy on the eye!
Don't be put of by the mention of supernatural, it's a small but important part of the plot. It's set in Mussolini's Italy so historically interesting too.
We seem to have watched more Italian TV than Scandi recently, all of which have been top notch. The Hunter, My Beautiful Friend, Mafia Only Kills in Summer and Rocco Schiavone all excellent.

Love Montalbano. Couldn't get into Young Montalbano though.

Where can I watch Inspector Ricciardi?

Sorry, I should have said. Walter Presents on E4. A treasure trove of world drama.

I also love Montalbano but didn’t into the young one. For me, part of the appeal is that edge of experience and I’d love to eat dinner on his balcony….

Anyway, I digress! Thanks for the tips. That’s great.

I recommended Inspector Ricciardi some time ago and was ignored.

Such a shame when forums get lots of duplicate threads.

I never understand complaints about duplicate threads. Just ignore.

Thanks, op and IwantToRetire, I'll give it a go. Loved Montalbano, young and old. 🙂
