Watched Caliphate and loved it. Anything similar out there?

As the title said, I loved every minute of Caliphate on Netflix, and unfortunately binged the whole series at the weekend.
I'd like to find something similar, but am guessing it's a bit niche. A search on here came up with the suggestion of 'Black Crows' but I'm 5 minutes in, and it seems amateurish and cheesy.
Any ideas?

There was a fantastic 4 part series on channel 4 around 5 years ago called The State. It should be available to stream somewhere
