I'm not convinced the others share Olivia's opinion. They're just weak and don't want a confrontation with Olivia as they've all see how she holds grudges and isn't exactly rational (Kai will testify to that).

I don't think her eyes were dry, they definitely go that bright shiny look of unshed tears, but I don't think there were any actual tears that fell.
