Am on episode 5. Don't get me wrong, it's trashy and is largely just young hot people having sex but I am finding it interesting in how it's portraying the kind of low level toxic and emotionally destructive relationships that I know I experienced in my youth. Where you don't have the maturity or self-belief to push back against being treated shabbily by some douchey guy at uni and where "good" sex makes you blind to the very obvious issues.
Also the family dynamics that lead to people becoming abusive themselves. I am finding the scenes with Stephen and his mum really hard to watch.
