Why on earth would you use the Very Hungry Caterpillar for the fish dish? For the vegan starter, or dessert - maybe. But not the fish dish, there's no fish involved in the story! Bit of a shoehorn job...

I’m just at the mushroom stem dish. I don’t like mushroom and it'e really annoying every vegan dish seems to be mushroom, but the stems? Really?

did the brief memo get lost to all chefs as part of the mail strikes? Has covid meant none of the chefs know what a banquet is and a wow factor. It’s just plates of food again

i'll be back for another rant no doubt
