I’m just at the mushroom stem dish. I don’t like mushroom and it'e really annoying every vegan dish seems to be mushroom, but the stems? Really?

did the brief memo get lost to all chefs as part of the mail strikes? Has covid meant none of the chefs know what a banquet is and a wow factor. It’s just plates of food again

i'll be back for another rant no doubt
