Knitting - Jane Horrocks. She has a very pronounced Lancashire accent.

I tend to agree about the Rosie Ramsey ting and she does seem to be trying to carve her own niche at the moment. She was a singer in somewhere like Butlins, too. She sang on Sewing Bee Christmas Special and was good but not brilliant. It does fit.
