Sorry, my mistake.

Although in my defence (M'Lud) I thought that more than 1 ep might have aired by now as was thinking that they might be airing a couple a week or something like that.

I watched all 3. Hence my comment about it not improving. There was even less of Aberdeen shown in the final episode.

It was annoying that one of the characters was also a notorious character in the 'Shetland' series. Are they really that short of actors who can do Scottish accents on the BBC?

I've just watched the first one of Karen Pirie on ITV which is set in St Andrews and I have to say it is way better done despite the adverts.

that op may have started that thread before me but must have been on page 3 ad wasn’t on 1&2 when I looked for a thread had been started

plus her title is wrong so even if had seen it , it wouldn’t have registered was the same drama

I gave up after 20 mins into the first episode. Dreadful acting, even worse script, only good thing about it is the views of Aberdeen. Gary Lewis is a fine actor but even he couldn’t make me keep watching.

My trouble is that even though I don't find it that good I have to keep watching to find out who & why!

Perhaps if it was more than 3 episodes I would have given up after the first.
