Grand designs home of the year 22

I usually love this but the first episode was very strange, especially the winning two - bungalow was hideous and the red brick with green windows was like a 70s library

Should have entitled anything relating to grand designs as ‘pretentious twat’ of the year. Can’t abode toss pot ‘I love me who do you love’ Kevin. Come on people who have starred in his show. Prove you’re not a pretentious dick

So I’m calling out Grand Designs as pretentious twattedness but I work for an eco friendly construction firm. Probably why I am harsh

None of the houses I would have chosen went through to the final.
I agree that the bright red and green house was horrible on the outside.
The beach house supposedly "blended in".
I thought it stuck out like a sore thumb. There was supposedly no access but iirc the house next door had a car. Now I could be wrong about that. It's been a while since I saw it.
