What was this show -"they were on a ship all the time"

Could spoil it for sone but was at least 5 or so years ago

Think it must have been end of the show/season finale and the gang had escaped from whatever their situation was but then realised they were actually on a large ship in the middle of the ocean.

Not stuff like last ship, it was a surprise to the audience that they were there!

(It may have been a film I suppose but not escape plan with sly Stallone)

Any ideas?

Having re-read the plot of escape plan I forgot sly doesn't know where he is and in fact is on a ship!!

Shall have to scan through and check if that's it. I have JustWatch so can log it on that!

I think it’s a series called Persons Unknown. It only lasted one season and the in the last scene everyone was on a ship.

Yes! That is it! Persons unknown, only one season and not renewed for season 2.
