I don’t think Charlene offered until Owen was actually lying on the floor. By then he probably thought fuck it, I’m here now.
He’d specifically asked her in the morning if she’d swap with someone in a hammock, and she said she’d ‘try the RV’. She knew she wasn’t getting in that RV, so why not just agree to swap. Why wait until Owens on the floor?

I really hate Boy George. What he did was terrible. But his attitude to Scarlett for daring to mention it, the minimising it, bitching about Scarlett bringing it up, making it all sound positive that everyone loved him in prison is appalling. He hates that people know and you can see that he’s utterly appalled that Scarlett would dare bring it up. He thinks he’s above being asked about if. He looked at her with contempt.

If you’ve done something like he has or been involved in a big political scandal like Matt or a cheating scandal like Sean, and choose to go on this show, you have to accept that it’s going to be talked about and that you’re going to face questions. If Boy George had any sense, let alone remorse, he’d have said something vague about it being a terrible time in his life, he regrets that whole period and would like to try to move past it. I think saying what he said in tonight’s show is going to make people really, really dislike him. I hope he goes first.

BG also didn’t testify due to this and would probably use that as a reason for actually being innocent 🙄

It’s really telling that he’s now gunning for Scarlette and making her out to other to be some sort of MH apologist. I did wonder if the whole act of getting a ball for Charlene ‘because you cook for us’ - when she’s literally done fuck all for days and Scarlette has cooked - is a sly dog to Scarlette. It feels like when he has your card marked you’re in for it (as his victim found out the hard way).

I’m also convinced MH is a cyborg. The way he moves, the way he speaks, the way he seems to execute certain random things perfectly without so much as changing facial expression - he is not a human being!

To people saying about women being uncomfortable sleeping in the RV with a man, I do think that could be a thing. Sleeping outside with everyone else right there seems very different to being in that enclosed space, just a woman with a man, so I do think some women may be bothered by that. Yes, Jill seemed fine with Owen but that doesn’t mean every woman feels the same. If Charlene feels uncomfortable for that reason then I feel for her. But whatever the reason, I still think she’s selfish not going in a hammock.

Yes, I agree. He’s a very unpleasant man. I think if you dare cross him, he’ll try to destroy you. Scarlett seems very strong though so I think she’ll be ok. And people can see what he’s like.

I’ve been chatting to my friends about tonight’s show and the celebs. There’s mixed opinions on most of them but everyone hates Boy George and wants him gone. 🙏🏻

I disclaimer him more and more daily and I'm sad because I was a huge culture club fan.

I dislike BG immensely, hiding behind his Buddhist chanting none of which is doing anything. Huge ego and a bully.

Not a fan of Charlene, I think she's not going in the RV because she's worried about public perception if she becomes friends with MH.

I'm not finding any of them much fun, Jill is probably the favourite and I think she'll more than likely win her or Mike.

Jill or Owen for first and second, in no particular order, not sure about the other top 3 person but it will probably be one of the controversial well known ones, that people on here have a strong opinion about, none of these will be out first as it is vote to win. Charlene out first. If there is immunity for some which there almost definitely will be, it could all be turned on its head, whatever happens though I expect Jill and Owen in top 3

I hope they don’t let their hunger and lack of stars from the other campmates sway them into taking him up on his offer to do trials again. If they do he will only dominate the camp and the show which has already been so focussed on him.

If Charlene doesn't want to sleep in the RV as she's uncomfortable being there with a man then she needs to raise that with the producers and ask for a bed outside or drag the mattress out for the boys to sleep on.

So did I understand correctly that BG was saying that he was convicted and sent to prison incorrectly?? Despite being able to afford the best solicitors, they were unable to prove that the police charges of kidnap, assault etc were wrong? 🤯 mmmm ok then 🤔🤔

Totally agree with this as well - funny how all the chatter on social media has been about the hypocrisy of BG towards MH and then, as if by chance, his conviction gets raised. There is no way Scarlette did that unprompted 🤷‍♀️

Do you know what's truly annoying people throwing around the word bullying about any difference of opinion or dislike of a person. It minimises actual bullying.

No one, either in camp or on this thread is being bullied. People disagree and don't like each other for whatever reason, justified or unjustified.

These threads are usually fun, even when people disagreed on camp mates in the past it was done in a totally different way. This year it's just been sniping and bitching.

And no doubt I'll now be told to leave the thread blah blah, but there are still some great posts and some funny ones, I'm loving the Dec memes.

@Meltinthemiddle I'm surprised they didn't put another female in given Olivia went out so early and it's been so male heavy but I don't think they're putting anyone else in now. There's been no speculation about it and if someone really is leaving tomorrow night, then it's too late as usually even the late comers go in earlier than when the evictions have started.

I hope CW is out first followed by MH.

Disappointed if Owen doesn't do the trial given how much he's going on about being hungry but he didn't sound like he was speaking up to do it last night.

I felt very uncomfortable watching CM last night (& I voted for him) as I thought he was going to have a panic attack and genuinely seemed distraught. I'm all for the trials being hard and hearing them squeal etc, but not for actually being so scared they might have a breakdown. I'd like him to do another to build his confidence but sadly I think his confidence has gone and he'll not really recover from that enough put himself forward for another trial before he goes out.
