my brunch if anyone cares would be a kedgeree, I do a mean kedgeree. The secret is lots of butter in the rice and more parsley than you think you need . Plus good haddock, onions, boiled eggs, turmeric and fresh curry powder, not that old jar that’s been in the cupboard for a millennium.
