I thought Sam Fox whether gay or straight could do a lot better than that . Her partner was sooo ugly.

Didn't see the programme - have seen her picture before however. This sounds pious and for that I apologise (holier than thou is very tedious I know ) but I don't like to reduce people down to their looks - especially not women.

It seems Sam has her knockers on here.

I would never participate in a wife swap, but a knockers swap? I would do that with sam fox ANY day....

Sam and Myra were in an obviously very supportive relationship whereas FS was just an arse and I really feel sorry for his wife - especially when she sees the programme

Well, I would think we are not so shallow as to only love somebody who looks good? Surely you can love somedody for being a truly beautiful soul, too? And if you fall in love with a beautiful soul, who cares what packaging it comes in? Pretty or ugly, old or young....

I would imagine sam fox would be pretty upset to read these things about her lifepartner if she were to read here.

notjustmum - I agree with you about the personality - but I can't say I noticed much of a personality from Sam's missus and she is still butt ugly.

ugly. I don't think Myra was ugly. Beauty exists beyond the Borders of magazine covers. Clearly in love which goes to show it is built on more than superficial attraction. Plus she is spit of my mum. Freddie Starr was ugly. Not just in looks neither

they look so happy together - shes her manager. you could so tell myra didnt want kids everytime sam mentioned it.

what an idiot starr was/is - and his wife sticking up for him in the end. IMO they really arent happy. he would be my worse nightmare to live with all his stupid jokes are so tiring.

Because judging people on their looks is just - sorry no offence, an unpleasant thing to do. People are worth more that that - surely? Even the gorgeous ones amongst us (includes me, obviously ) will be 'ugly' some day when age takes its toll. Should we be considered somehow less worthy because of it?

I used to be pretty, a real man-magnet, but now as the years go by I find I look mankier than I did with every month that passes. Hey-ho and here I was hoping DH wouldn't dump me on account of my nice nature and kind heart and all, but now it seems there may be people out there saying 'jeez, her DH got unlucky didn't he, how did he get stuck with a dog like that?'
