I watched his series on gangs and though that was fab too.
Its such a pleasure to watch something thats not dramatised or has the doucmentary presenter trying to be better than the subject (yes Louis Theroux i mean you).

Watched new series last night where he goes to Afghan with the army. Totally and utterly brilliant, he switched between being a usual boy (excited at firing a gun) to being terrified so much you could here his voice quivvering (when the plane landed in darkness)

edith bowman is talking about it now, loads of people saying how fab it was. He was interviewd on her show yesterday.

Tonights ep was just horrible. Love it when Ross is very jumpy, and frankly sounding like he is shitting himself - good that he gets to see what the boys are going thru day in day out - but ended up sobbing twice tonight, both over deaths of people I don't even know........really brings it home

Tonights episode was incredibly sad. Such brave men (and women) out there.

Ross Kemp has my upmost respect for going into that environment.

Dh has been watching it,but then, he was out in Afghanistan when Ross Kemp was out there.

I must admit, at this time I really don't want to know what my dh had to go through whilst out there, hence me not watching the programme...sometimes ignorance is bliss.
