Script Guy wasn't in on it. I've just re-watched it and he has no idea. When the bosses are arguing about the cancer results, Rachel uses the distraction to move in on Script Guy. She squeezes his hand, there is an electronic buzz (a sound effect as if to say "hey! Look at this invisible transfer of data!" and she hits the enter key or something.

I think She also said ‘don’t worry I’ve got your back’. In other words you’re not going to be held responsible for this.
I do think that at the end that expression meant that she realised the enormity of what she’d done and what could happen to her for it

Frank did say that Rachel had a guardian angel, we were to believe it was Gemma but could well have been Danny.

Their affair was never exposed which also seems strange, perfect blackmail material.

I didn't know about season 1, started watching it on iplayer after episode 1 and iirc Rachel broke up with Danny after he had to answer a phone call from his wife whilst they were together.

I'm tempted to watch it all over again and I don't think I've felt like that about a series for a long time.

I can’t remember exactly what happened for them to split up. I do remember he thought she was sleeping with him for career purposes but she said she hadn’t been.

I watched a little of series 1 recently and I’d forgotten the now late Paul Ritter was in it. He was the dad in Friday Night Dinner.

Too many things happened off scene that I would like to have seen on screen like tan reporting back to Gemma

How would she have been able to do the script change if Frank and Gemma hadn't been arguing. She couldn't have known that was going to happen at exactly the right time in the TV interview?

I wondered about her plan too for if the arguing hadn't happened

I got completely lost towards the end. I probably just wasn't concentrating enough, but I have a lot of questions!
