I think interestingly Andrew + Tasha, Adam + Paige and Dami + Indiyah all sound like they’re having quite genuine conversations in the way that you would gossip with your partner. Gemma + Luca and ES + Davide don’t, they sound like they’re being tactical but dressing it up as genuine

I thought it would mean the two couples with the highest votes would be opened to the public. So a couple gets voted once and are in the same situation as the ones who all 4 couples voted for?!

This voting is bollocks. It should have been between D and ES and G and L. Not four couples.

Doesn't make sense to vote for one of the 4, should just be the bottom two!

Because we now have 2 islanders chosen couples at risk

Nooo Ekin and Davide definitely sound like an old couple gossiping about the others.

There is nothing tactical about voting Luca&Gemma and Paige&Adam. They are the two fakest couples! Gemma just about tolerates Luca and Adam just about tolerates Paige. Neither will last 5 mins on the outside world.

I've voted for ES ans Davide anyway just in case that does somehow help them stay rather than Gemma and Luca

How did nobody vote for Indiyah and Dami? I feel that was very tactical all voting for Ekin Su and Davide.

Do they tell the islanders how many votes they get? I seem to recall Faye going batshit last year when she worked out who'd voted for her and Teddy - and how ironic they're still together, I'd have put money on that not lasting.

I also voted Ekin & Davide.

Gemma and Luca's date was awful and so forced. She could just about keep it together and he definitely has an aggressive nasty streak.

I went for Ekin Su and Davide too because I was so incensed about the whole process! I'll be cross if Tasha and Andrew go though

@LilacLaurel any couples to be voted by the islanders are in the public vote. So the couple with the fewest votes will leave unless the producers get meddling

Sunday will then be meeting the families and I think we get to vote again for our faves. Then Monday is the final.

It is called producer interference. They want Ekin and Davide in the final ..They are popular outside the house so will get votes. If they had left it to the other islanders they would have been voted out

So it’s not exactly two separate votes.

Normally the two couples with the most islander votes would be at risk. But for some reason they’ve decided that all the couples who’ve been voted for are at risk, so that’s everyone except Dami and Indiyah. We’re now voting for which couples out of those 4 we want to save.

Basically they’re trying to save Gemma + Luca because they had the second most votes after Davide + ES, so if those two couples had gone head to head in a public vote they would probably have lost Gemma.

I voted Tasha and Andrew, I think they are the most genuine at this point.

I think Paige and Adam will be out.

@riotlady ah yes you are right, I hadn't realised Tasha and Andrew weren't in the public vote so that makes sense.

It's definitely been done this way to save Gemma and Luca.

This is such a set up. Why on earth say the 2 couples with the most votes and then put up all the couples who received a vote? . They want Gemma or Ekin to win that’s what it’s about. This season is just a constant sense of feeling conned by the production team.

I hipe Paige & Adam get booted out. He gives me the ick (like a few PP here) and she's quite fake as well. But Adam I find almost intolerable.

If the islanders put two and two together and work out which two couples had the least votes like they did last year then it's going to be strange even to them if a completely different couple goes (P+A or D+I as voted by the public, which I think it probably will be).

I voted Tasha and Andrew because I think Ekinde will be fine for votes.

But where were Damiyah? Were they there only two who didn't receive any islander votes for incompatibility?

Did the remainder all receive the same number of votes?

Sorry just realised it was Dami and Indiyah who received no votes and are safe from the public votes so now neither of my last to posts make sense! I think it's time for bed...
