I think it is only because he is a ‘celebrity’ or at least a known face.

I have friends who know and are close to AC, I’ve met him a few times. He’s always been pleasant enough. Since leaving LI last time he hasn’t really hit the celeb circuit beyond the initial first few months, he owns his own gym and does PT stuff and has built that up.

I did used to like Ian Stirling but he makes me cringe now. They need to mix it up a bit.

Iain has way too much dialogue. He treats the viewers like they are stupid. Practically announcing exactly what the next conversation is going be.
Why not either don't say anything. Or so and so are in the kitchen or bedroom and leave it at that.

I would have said maura would be a good host, but have you watched her hosting glow up ireland? Its awful and stilted and wooden, really not what you would expect from her. Shes clearly trying to enunciate her words but just makes her sound funny, like shes trying and failing to change her accent for some reason. Not a natural host at all.

Maybe Ekin-Su will get the gig.

I didn't watch season 4 and only started on season 5 as DS2 was watching ( He's sadly got no time for it now so I've lost my viewing companion.)

I think that the production team knew that Adam Collard as an older, assured man would work.

Also, very like Ekin Su he wasn't afraid to make unpopular decisions to create drama.

Casa Amor for the ladies was a wash out this year because they put in young boys not interested in a relationship.

I missed Casa Amor last week. I needed a break from the show. But I will definitely be watching now that Adam is back in. I remember him from the first time round and he wasn't too bad from what I can recall

To be fair I think that was Josh trying to let Danica down gently. Unfortunately she has absolutely zero ability to pick up on subtext or nuance so he had to be blunt about it. I’m sure if someone he fancied was there he’d be all over them like a rash.
