Bingle it's all pretty shoddy- they just took over a practice where a doctor had vanished, the receptionist was a bit nuts and everything was a bit shady.

I wouldn't be surprised if it turns out the actually Princess is meant to be the 'good' guy and had sussed Dr Ashworth. Although it doesn't explain why she wouldn't come clean about that when she was potentially in th frame for his murder.
