I had black cod at Nobu. Delicious, mind you, all the food was delicious.

Green rice is less wrong than blue rice but it's still wrong.

I can’t see anyone beating Eddie. He’s just been so consistent.

When you watch Masterchef: the Professionals or The Great British Menu so many of the chefs seem to have worked their way up from ordinary or even poor backgrounds. Increasingly on regular Masterchef the reverse seems to be happening. The contestants are verging on posh.
