Do they not do Critic's Table (where they cook for three critics. Am I getting my Masterchefs mixed up?)

A lot of the cooking gets a bit samey. I'd like to see a round where they get hours to cook something so they can really go to town on a casserole or a baked cheesecake or something whose whole joy is that it is slow cooked. Let's see what they can do when given time.

His starey scary eyes really put me off him. He looks like he's done 5 lines of coke before he came on.

I loved Sarah's dish. That followed by Radha's pudding (with some Prosecco necked behind a cupboard) would be a perfect dinner

Agree I’d like a longer round and see a proper curry or slow roast. Maybe a vegetarian round or a salad. Or make the long round a dessert so that they can properly bake and ice cream sets.

Just caught up on Friday's episode. Agree with this. I'd love to see them with several hours to create a 6/8 course tasting menu. It would force them to think differently (and for some to cook outside of their own comfort zones).
