I'm currently watching this. three episodes in. Will try not to give spoilers but that girl is really stupid and making obvious mistakes. Also not asking questions like a normal person would.

Currently 3 episodes in as well.
I’m really enjoying it and they are managing to maintain the tension - though it’s not quite as good as Karin Slaughters novel on which the series is based.

I have watched 5 episodes and hopefully will finish it tomorrow, enjoying it but having to concentrate a lot on who is who, there's a lot going on.

I have only watched two episodes but it is better than the book which was dire. In fact all her latest offerings have been which is a pity as her earlier books were v good

I couldn’t finish the second episode, very bad acting , Looks like those cheap made for TV movies of the late 90s.

I made it to about half way through the 3rd episode and gave up. I don't care about any of the characters or what happened or will happen to them. I love Toni Collette but not even she can save this.

So she needed lifetime FBI protection from the ex boyfriend, and maybe family members. I didn't quite get it. Why couldn't she just tell the daughter that. Poor daughter running around looking for clues - trying to figure out what's going on....

Yup. Too many mediocre 'thrillers' on TV. See also 'Our House'.

I think TV execs are running out of ideas other than 'Let's make an adaptation of some book with a convoluted and implausible plot. Nobody has ever thought of that until now'.

I gave up on reading the book- and this was ok but really only carried on with it because we have literally nothing else to watch.
Andy annoyed me as did Toni Cs younger self( thought both Actresses were weak)

This. Have managed to get to the last but one episode and genuinely don't care about any of them.

How old is "young" Nick supposed to be?? He looks about 30 when they're all teenagers....

Ugh yes I found it so distracting and creepy as young Jane looks and sounds very young.

I just about managed 3 episodes.
I didn't care about any of the characters & I used to love Toni Collette but her facial expressions are really starting to annoy me.
I wasn't really bothered about what she was hiding from her past either.
I think you can tell that I won't be watching any more!!

Just finished it. I thought it was as very slow and not a rewarding watch! I did enjoy seeing so much of GA in it though having lived in Atlanta...Karen Slaughter is from Atlanta I think 🤔
