Anyone else love this woman?

Why why did they take her off- seeing her standing in for Phillip this morning is a reminder how amazing she is.

She cracks the best jokes and can also do sensitive too.

She's a million times better than the other woman (don't even know her name) and should have had the job permanent after Holly went.

She could run the show alone!

Can't stand Vernon after I saw an interview with him where he said he insisted Tess applies make up before she is seen by him in the morning and she must wear make up at all times because otherwise he wouldn't find her attractive. I just thought he sounded like a complete arse!

Are you sure he wasn't taking the piss? That would be his typical sense of humour. I have a friend who's husband would say cleaning, cooking and looking after the kids was her job. He would say it to his female work colleagues to wind them up. At home he did most of the cleaning, cooking and looking after the kids. My friend thought it was quite funny. I find it a bit strange type of humour myself but each to their own.

I'm not keen on Alison, she's loud and brash, you'd know she was coming into the room ten minutes before she got there !

Dermot never looks at ease with her, I think he's better suited to his radio programme, light and chatty.

Vanessa/Vernon/Dermot all Radio 2 presenters. Quite a weird crossover.

Vanessa's Instagram is great. She doesn't care about anything, and she's obviously in a very happy place.

I can't stand Alison. Totally full of herself and that awful laugh. Also keep saying "babes". She sounds so stupid.
