I think it was Brian that Kyle met near his flat. He's having tutoring from him. Brian taught at Jenna's old school and must have a grudge against her (?unrequited love?an affair with her mum?love triangle with Sean?) ooh maybe Brian is Kyle's dad?
Everyone of the characters seems to have something to hide, or that they're ashamed of. So we suspect everyone. Well written (although seriously unrealistic obvs Grin)

Oooo he nearly always plays a baddie. He was a teacher in Waterloo Road, so was Kyle's mum. Pauline is oblivious. She's most likely telling Brian the latest updates not realising.

My guess is … Bloke sat at table at the end I think was a teacher. Miss Jenna got him fired for improper conduct at the previous school perhaps with Kyle. Guy grooms (or is his father even) Kyle to stitch miss Jenna up in revenge. Not sure if black lady is in on it or not.
